Protocol of the first SIG meeting: Protocol 27 April 2009

Protocol of the second SIG meeting: Protocol 2 June 2009

SIG aims

(ST) The main goal of this Special Interest Group is to elaborate a proposal for a new National Research Program on the topic of ICT in education, to be submitted to the State Secretariat for Education and Research.
Furthermore, the SIG aims at finding and sharing other funding opportunities in the field of eLearning, both at a national and international level.

Commentaries to the SIG aims

What are your expectations for this SIG?
(ST) In the section “Other funding opportunities” do we want to create a sort of service to exchange info and requests about our projects? (e.g.: “I want to present a project about XYZ, is anybody interested in joining it?”, “We are going to present a project about ABC, we are looking for a partner with specific skills, is anybody intrerested?”, and other similar requests).

National Research Program

(ST) Last year the call for new topics was published in October, the deadline was December, 31.
Questions to be addressed and discussed to sketch the proposal:
What is the exact goal of the proposal?
Which topic do we want to propose? (eLearning? ICT in education? educational technologies? Education in the information society? Other?)
Who should lead the proposal? (CRUS? Others?)
Who should/could/wants to be partner in the consortium?
