Table hosts/animators: 8

Duration: on Monday 60 Min. on Tuesday 45 min.

• Plenary presentation of the tables: 1 min. each = 8 min.
• 3 repeat session at each table: 15 (12) min. each = 45 (36) min.

Material: white paper on each table to write on! 1 flip chart per table! Coulour pens.

 

This form of group session primarly aims less at idea exchange, discussion and feedback and less on knowledge presentation.

• All animators get 1 minute at the beginning to - one after the other - present their subject to the plenum (Firehose)
• Each table is moderated by one animator
• Each animator performs 3 times
• For each repeat performance the animator speaks and presents for a 7 (5) minutes and then inititates and animates the discussion!
• Participants spread throughout the room and stay 15 (12) minutes at one table
• Each 15 (12) minutes at the prompt participants change table
• Each animator repeats 3 times, allowing to share with a maximum number of participants. Animators will preserve results from one session to another so that participants contribution are passed on from one session to another,

To sum it up: each participant may choose among 8 different subjects and will manage to participate at 3 different sessions!
