The research department of the Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences (Fernfachhochschule Schweiz, FFHS) has created an idea management tool 2 years ago, which enables target-oriented development of ideas. It brings the participatory approach to the fore and can be processed completely online. The system uses Moodle as online-platform and has already successfully been field-tested. It has also been an important part and connecting link for the satisfaction of employees within the EFQM-certification of the FFHS in 2010.
