The Moodle XML Converter allows educators to convert quizzes and glossaries from existing text files into Moodle XML format. The project is popular - it's working only 1 month and there are already over 1000 visitors from 58 countries.
The project is a voluntary initiative, the project leader is Olga Tikhonova, PhD, assistant professor at the Yakutsk State University. It is planned to have a GUI Quiz desktop editor as well as additional conversion formats (Blackboard, SCORM, QTI).
