E-learning in a bank setting

A case study and considerations about the technological and instructional choice

This webinar will go through the different phases of a project developed by the eLab USI/SUPSI on mandate of BPS (Suisse). Initially, eLab was asked to re-design the training offer BankingToday for bank trainees by the integration of ICT, and to support development and assessment of an online course for front office employees. Silvia De Ascaniis from the eLab will present the strategic and tactic choices made on the technological as well as on the instructional level.
