SIG Digital Collaboration: virtual reality collaboration meeting

In this online-activity, we will experience avatar-based virtual reality collaboration with the meeting tool AltspaceVR.

AltspaceVR offers avatar based collaboration in virtual reality within differently designed rooms, called "spaces". In our online activity, we will experience these features together.

AltspaceVR is free of charge and you can participate with any of the following equipment: Daydream by Google, Samsung Gear VR, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Oculus Go and 2D Mode on PC.

If you would like to participate in this online activity, please

• Download the AltspaceVR app within your VR equipment and register yourself with an avatar. If you do not have VR equipment, you can also participate in 2D mode with a PC, download and register then on https://altvr.com.
• If you need help in setting up or registering your avatar, please contact the SIG leader Willi Bernhard prior to the meeting.
• We will start the meeting in Adobe Connect, then we will meet us in AltspaceVR.

At the beginning of the meeting Willi Bernhard will briefly explain how to get into AltspaceVR, how we meet us in VR space and what we are going to experience there.
